Search the directory by city, genre, service, studio environment and hourly budget. Complete a short onboarding and the Recommended view ranks rooms against your sound, budget and location.
Step 2
Compare
Add rooms to your comparison to see rates, gear, services and match scores side by side. Tune what matters most to you and the ranking updates in real time.
Step 3
Message
Send one inquiry with your project details. Everything lives in a single thread — questions, quotes, reference tracks and files — so nothing gets lost across apps.
Step 4
Book
When you and the studio agree on a date, the session is confirmed right in the thread. After the session you can leave a verified review that other artists can trust.

Questions before you start.
Is StudioLink free for artists?
Yes — always. Browsing, comparing, favoriting, messaging studios and booking sessions cost artists nothing. Paid plans exist only for studios who want extra visibility and tools.
Who can I message?
Any published studio in the directory. You send your project brief once and the studio replies in the same thread — no phone tag, no scattered DMs.
Do I pay for the session through StudioLink?
No. Session rates are agreed directly with the studio. StudioLink keeps the conversation, the quote and the confirmed date in one place.
What is a verified review?
A review left by an artist who actually completed a booking through StudioLink. Verified reviews are the only ones that affect a studio's rating — public comments are kept separate.
What does the “Verified” badge on a studio mean?
It means our team has checked that studio's ownership and details. Studios without the badge are still real listings, they just haven't finished verification yet.
What happens after I book?
You'll find the session under My Sessions with the date, the studio's details and your thread. After the scheduled time passes you can confirm completion and leave your review.
Free for artists — no catch.
Studio owners choose whether to pay for extra reach. Artists never pay StudioLink a cent.
